HOW CAN I PAY MY HOA DUES? HOW MUCH ARE THEY? WHEN ARE THEY DUE?
You can pay your dues online using the "Pay Dues" link, above.
Dues are $200 per year.
HOA dues are to be paid before Feb 15th for the upcoming year. e.g: 2021 dues must be paid by Feb 15th, 2021. If dues are not received before the 15th, a $25 late charge will be added. Plan ahead!
Notices are also sent out when it's time to pay dues.
HOW DO I NOTIFY THE BOARD ABOUT AN ISSUE WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
If you see a light out, a broken sidewalk, issues with the park, etc. You can fill out the contact form on the "Contact" page and we'll get back to you about addressing the issue.
I'M THINKING OF MAKING CHANGES TO MY PROPERTY. DO I NEED APPROVAL FROM THE HOA?
Yes, for exterior changes you will need to submit an architecture review form found here.
Examples of changes that require approval include, but are not limited to:
Painting your house, shed, or fence
An addition to the main structure
The addition of a fence, or fence repair or rebuild
The addition of a shed
For other projects and construction types not listed here please consult the community by-laws or submit your question to the HOA.
