Fences
This is a friendly reminder to talk with your neighbors on both sides of your home and behind you before removing a fence or attaching a new fence to an existing one. The HOA committee does not notify your neighbors of your plans to install a fence. If you are considering putting up a fence, use the form below to get approval on the type of fence and height of fence prior to installing the fence.
Garage Sale Weekend
May 10-12 is our neighborhood garage sale! You can participate one day, two, or all three! We don't have a set time each day for the whole neighborhood. We encourage you to advertise your garage sale on Facebook Marketplace, or anywhere you would like to advertise, with your set times if you'd like. We will advertise the neighborhood garage sale on Facebook Marketplace and Craigs List.
Reach out to us at brookfieldparkhoa.org or at our new gmail account: brookfieldparkkshoa@gmail.com if you have questions.
