We are excited to announce that Brookfield Park will have their annual holiday light decorating contest! Judging will occur between December 21st-25th. Prizes will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Let's light up Brookfield Park like never before!

RECENT HOA AMMENDMENTS
November 27, 2021
We're pleased to announce that we have collected enough votes to be able to pass 2 new amendments to our community bylaws:
Flag Poles: Homeowners have voted to allow the installation of flag poles no taller than 25' in height, and must be lit at night. Note: flags that the HOA Board deems offensive must be removed at the board's request.
Community Library: Homeowners have voted to allow the installation of a community library to be installed near the park for homeowners to use and share books.
